据韩国媒体2月28日报道，对于朝鲜27日发射短程导弹一事，韩国统一部发言人金义道28日在例行记者会上表示，希望朝鲜发射导弹不会给离散家属会面等韩朝关系带来太大影响。

据英国《每日邮报》报道，在乌克兰局势非常不稳定的情况下，据称俄罗斯总统普京2月26日下令要求15万名士兵参与战备检查，同时参与检验的还有880辆坦克、90架飞机和80艘军舰。不过俄罗斯否认此次战备检查与乌克兰局势有任何关系。
